The 48th running of the Baja 1000 is fast approaching. The course opened to pre-running on October 30th. We caught up to Wallentine Motorsports and their BAJA Prerunner Bug at their shop in Sacramento prior to thier attempt at the Baja 1000. Brian Wallentine will champion this Prerunner around 840 mile course that bounces between the Pacific Coast to the Gulf of Mexico. The prerun session will be to study and inspect the course prior to the November 20th start. Of course Brian expects to add a few Baja stripes before the journey is over.
